Keepmoat have awarded Facades the contract too undertake the structural repairs and masonry restoration, to the front facade of the large listed building in the centre of Newcastle.
Facades management will be working closely with Keepmoat site management and Newcaslte listed building officer, to ensure all works are undertaken to the correct quality. Works are scheduled to be completed end of March 2015

Jomast Developments have awarded the contract to restore the masonry back to its original condition.
The detailed stonework and brickwork had been badly damaged in the past to allow the building to be rendered. The render has been carefully removed and the masonry cleaned using the Torc Vortex Cleaning System to remove the render partials to allow a full inspection of the underlying masonry, the restoration works will be undertaken using Remmers Restoration Mortar and the brickwork will be manually cut back and pointed in a Historic Lime Mortar.
St Cuthbert's Church, Middlesbrough (NOW COMPLETED)
Facades have been awarded the contract to de-construct the cemetery wall under the guidance of Durham University Archaeologist's, which had been destabilised due to tree root pressure.
The reconstruction works are been undertake using the original stone to retain the aesthetic appearance of the original cemetery wall, works are due to be completed by the end of October.
